REFILL POLICY

How to count:

- Refill 1-2 weeks (Up to 14 Days): This tier applies to clients returning within 14 days of their last full set or refill. At this stage, most eyelash extensions are still intact, with minimal shedding (natural lash cycle causes 2-5 lashes to shed daily). The technician fills in gaps where lashes have fallen out or grown out.

- Refill 3-4 Weeks (15-28 Days): This tier is for clients returning between 15 and 28 days after their last appointment. More natural lashes have shed, and extensions may have grown out significantly, requiring more work to fill gaps and maintain fullness.

- 29 Days and Beyond (Charged as a Full Set): After 28 days, the majority of extensions may have shed or grown out significantly, requiring a complete redo similar to an initial full set. The technician applies a new set of extensions to most or all of the natural lashes.

SCHEDULING

There's a $20 non-refundable deposit required when booking an appointment for Lash extension and Facial which is deducted from the total cost of service.

We accept deposits through: CashApp, Venmo & Zelle.

SCHEDULING A LASH EXTENSION REFILL

Clients must have 40% of their eyelash extensions remaining for it to qualify as a refill appointment.
Anything less than 40% of eyelash extensions adhered will be considered a full set.
We do not lash over another lash salon’s work. If the client currently has eyelash extensions on but are interested in booking, a lash removal is required (an additional $20 fee.) If needed, please select "Lash Removal" and the full set of choice when scheduling online.

LATE POLICY

A 15 minute grace period is provided if you are running late. After the 15 minute grace period is over, your appointment will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment can be done as long as it is done 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
